Now Hiring – Inventory Manager

Fulltime: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm

Pay rate: $65-80k, and bonus eligible. Base salary based on skills and experience.

Summary:

Euro-Wall is seeking a Inventory Manager to join our Supply Chain team! 

What you will do:

Material and Inventory Management:

• Control the flow of incoming and outgoing materials and goods.
• Oversee receiving, scheduling, quality control, put away, and overall inventory management.
• Document all issues related to material receiving and shipping.
• Follow established processes to return items that fail quality checks.
• Accurately enter all good materials into the ERP system.
• Conduct regular inventory counts based on ABC materials and maintain precise metal counts.
• Sign out all pulled jobs from inventory and track re-pulls with documented reasons.
• Lead inventory cycle counts and full physical inventory counts.

Coordination with Production:

• Ensure smooth material flow to support production and avoid delays.
• Coordinate with production teams daily to resolve any material-related issues.
• Inspect pulled jobs for accuracy (color, product, type).
• Provide updates on any issues that could prevent production.
• Coordinate and document any re-pulls and assist with resolving discrepancies.

Quality Control and Inspections:

• Perform regular quality inspections of metal materials.
• Communicate inspection results to production and purchasing teams.
• Control and document scrap materials, ensuring proper handling.
• Ensure all paperwork and documentation are complete and coordinated with relevant stakeholders (production, shipping, etc.).

Warehouse Organization and Management:

• Maintain organization in the warehouse, ensuring materials are stored properly and protected.
• Provide guidance on metal location systems and oversee location-based organization.
• Manage and coach warehouse team members, offering training and cross-training opportunities.
• Conduct performance reviews and manage daily operations of the warehouse team.
• Oversee outbound material packaging and shipment processes.

W hat you will need:

• 1-3 years of experience in warehouse management.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) software.
• Background in building materials is preferred.
• College degree is preferred but not required.
