Business Intelligence Analyst
The Business Intelligence Analyst works in conjunction with the IT, Finance, Production, and Supply Chain departments to develop and support organization-wide reporting. This position is responsible for end-to-end report development this includes interaction with end users to gather requirements, understanding report objectives, designing, and developing reports using the available SSRS, PowerBI, Excel for end users.
Responsibilities: - Develop business and functional requirements for reports.
- Design, develop, test and implement reports as necessary to fulfill business requirements.
- Assist BI Architect with development of datamarts and ETL processes as needed to support standard reporting.
- Assist users with reporting and analysis activities and tools.
- Support user training, testing, documentation, and roll-out of reports and end-user reporting tools.
- Maintain effective working relationships with business departments
- Maintain knowledge of business processes and understand cross-functional business relationships and their use of information.
- Other data projects and duties as assigned.
Qualifications: - 3-5 years general relational database and reporting development experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
- Familiarity with SSRS, Record Level Security, Azure Cloud Services, Dimensional Modeling for Datawarehousing.
- Knowledge of SOX and other government regulatory reporting requirements.
- Knowledge of standard reporting used for manufacturing, finance, and supply chain management.
- Experience with ERP, MES, and HRIS business systems.
- Advanced understanding of relational databases, SQL and advanced querying techniques.
- Experience producing interactive dashboards using PowerBI.
- Ability to create measures using DAX.
- Take direction, accept constructive criticism and to be diplomatic when reviewing work of others.
- Solve problems and work on multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

- Business Intelligence Analyst I: $70,000 - $85,000 annually
- Business Intelligence Analyst II: $80,000 - $95,000 annually
