Job Description

We are seeking Janitorial crew members to join our team! You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment. Will be working at various very large commercial companies/office buildings doing janitorial and floor work.

Overview: 

• 5+ years of janitorial/custodial experience (buffing, and waxing experience a plus).
• Some light building maintenance experience is a plus (changing/fixing light bulbs).
• Schedule: M-F Mornings/Afternoons/Evenings.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug tests.

Responsibilities:

• Keep buildings in clean and orderly condition.
• Perform heavy cleaning duties such as cleaning floors and shampooing rugs.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks.
• Organize custodial closets and spaces.
• Maintain working conditions of cleaning equipment.
• Stripping and waxing flooring.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or other related fields.
• Ability to handle physical workload.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills.
