Larson's Commercial Cleaning, Inc in Belleview, FL is looking for janitorial floor technicians to join our 28 person strong team. Also if there is a qualified individual with previous supervisory experience we may consider hiring them as a supervisor for a higher pay rate. Our ideal candidate is attentive, punctual, and engaged. Is able to follow instructions with technical detail and then demonstrate those instructions with little to no mistakes. Is also able to operate the machinery required to perform these tasks or ability and desire to learn how.

Responsibilities

• Strip & Wax Floors
• Carpet Extraction
• Carpet Bonnetting / Dry Encapsulation
• Grouted Tile Scrubbing / Sealing
• Vinyl / Laminate / Linoleum Machine Scrubbing
• Window Cleaning
• Power Washing
• Some general janitorial and detail cleaning of interior and exterior of facilities

Abilities

• Ability to use a truck mount extractor
• Ability to use a portable extractor
• Ability to use a CRB (Counter-Rotating Brush) machine
• Ability to use a swing/rotary machine
• Ability to use a burnisher
• Ability to use an Auto-scrubber
• Ability to use a power washer and de-ionizing window machine

Qualifications

• At least 1 year experience doing floor work
• At least 1 year experience on some of the above machinery
• Ability to follow detailed instructions, remember them, and carry them out without mistakes
• Desire to learn new skills and techniques that may be different from what you are used to and then be able to adapt to these where they are done the same way every job to ensure our customers receive the most consistent service.
• Flexible on days and hours they are able to work as we have to be flexible for our customers. We may have a day job that runs from 8am to 6pm or we may have a night job that cannot start until 11pm and will run until 6am. The people hired for this position will have to be flexible for both.
