Salary: $136,000 - 264,500 per year Requirements:

• We are looking for candidates who possess a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree or higher preferred) in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science (or equivalent experience) with at least 5 years of experience in software development. You should have strong programming expertise in Python or C++, with hands-on development experience in modern C++ being a significant advantage. Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs), Graph Neural Networks (GNNs), and Reinforcement Learning for efficient Electronic Design Automation (EDA) solutions is essential. Additionally, we expect expertise in high-performance algorithms for Design for Test (DFT), simulations, and failure analysis, along with a solid understanding of various agent architectures, Reinforcement Learning Agent (RAG) systems, and communication protocols. You should also have deep knowledge of reinforcement learning algorithms such as Proximal Policy Optimization (PPO), Soft Actor-Critic (SAC), or Q-learning, as well as experience tuning hyper-parameters and reward functions. Practical experience with large-scale training (e.g., ZeRO) and data processing (e.g., Spark) is also necessary. Strong communication skills are a must.

• In this role, you will develop high-performance software aimed at facilitating the design and development of efficient test pattern generation, applying these patterns on silicon, conducting failure analysis, and enhancing yield learning. You will create efficient parallel graph traversal and graph analysis techniques. Additionally, you will collaborate with multi-functional teams to evaluate and address problems that span multiple areas of expertise within the company. You will also apply LLMs, RAGs, graph-based machine learning approaches, and reinforcement learning to devise innovative solutions.
