Role Overview:

As a Lead Helicopter Pilot, you'll play a critical role in life-saving missions, transporting essential care to those in need. This is a dynamic and impactful position for pilots who thrive under pressure and are driven by a passion for making a real difference in the lives of others.

Responsibilities:

• Perform line pilot duties according to General Operating Manual (GOM) standards.
• Engage in community outreach and uphold company policies.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to provide safe, efficient service.
• Support safety initiatives like the Safety Management System and Destination Zero.
• Assist with patient and equipment loading/unloading, ensuring safety protocols are followed.

Requirements:

• Commercial and Instrument Helicopter Ratings.
• First Class Medical certificate.
• 2,000 total hours, including:
  • 1,500 hours in helicopters
  • 1,000 hours as PIC in helicopters
  • 500 hours in turbine helicopters
• Minimum of:
  • 100 hours unaided night operations, or
  • 50 hours unaided and 100 hours with NVG.
• Body weight of 235 pounds or less.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to adhere to safety and operational guidelines.
• Successful interview, physical exam, drug screening, and background check.
