Responsibilities:

Develop leads, schedule appointments, and effectively identify customer needs to match them with appropriate insurance products and services.
Build and nurture strong customer relationships, providing prompt, accurate, and friendly service.
Address customer inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, claims, and billing with professionalism and expertise.

Requirements:

Previous experience in insurance sales, with an active Property and Casualty license.
Sales experience preferred, whether in outside sales, inside sales, retail, or telemarketing.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong ability to listen and engage with customers.
Self-motivated and capable of multitasking effectively.
Ability to establish rapport and effectively relate to customers.
Possession of a Property & Casualty license; Life & Health license preferred.
