Responsibilities :

• Obtain Your State Life Insurance License : We will provide the resources and support you need to study for and pass your state licensing exam.
• Client Consultations : Educate clients on how money works and how our products can help them achieve their financial goals.
• Sales & Networking : Build relationships and generate new business by identifying and pursuing opportunities within your community and beyond.
• Ongoing Learning : Continuously expand your knowledge of financial products and services to better serve your clients.

Requirements :

• Strong Desire to Succeed : An entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for helping others succeed financially.
• Self-Motivation : This is a commission-based, 1099 opportunity, so you must be willing to work independently and take initiative to grow your business.
• State Life Insurance License : While you don't need a license to apply, obtaining a state life insurance license is required. We will guide you through the process, but the cost of obtaining and maintaining the license will be your responsibility.
• Excellent Communication Skills : Ability to build rapport and trust with clients and colleagues alike.
• A Willingness to Learn : This is an educational-based career, and we'll train you on everything you need to know.
