Expectations and Duties: You will be providing Home Health Visits to various patients in their home.  Follow up visits with patients with home health needs.  Training and benefits available!

The Licensed Vocational Nurse/LVN is a professional member of the healthcare team who provides skilled nursing care and prescribed medical treatment to patients in compliance with the Nurse Practice Act in the State of California. The LVN works under the direction of the supervising Nurse Practitioner or Physician.

Other duties may include:

• Provides nursing care for all patients within scope of LVN practice
• Gathers data relevant to the patient’s individual needs

• Assists the RN in patient and family education

• Provides basic medical care, including changing bandages, administering medication, and collecting specimens.
• Ensures the health, comfort and safety of patients by assisting with bathing, feeding, and dressing.
• Monitors and reports changes in patient's condition to supervisor. 

Qualifications:

• Must have an active year clinical experience
• Active LVN license in Ca
• Active drivers license with a clean DMV
