MS-IL Staffing & Packaging and its local client are NOW HIRING Machine Operator for Resonac in the  Greensburg, Indiana, area !

$17.00/ hour

Shift:  

3 rd , 10:30PM - 7AM, Sunday night- Thursday night

**Must be willing and available to work OVERTIME as needed on Friday nights & Saturday nights**

Machine Operators are responsible for quality control, tracking, transporting, and packaging order items for distribution. Quality inspectors are highly organized, detail oriented, and observant.

Job duties:

• Unloads parts from ovens and dips parts in oil
• Inspects parts for quality and stacks them on a skid
• Identifies defects in nonconforming parts and materials and reports them to shift supervisor with urgency
• Sets parts specifications during inspection
• Logs all processing information and data with accuracy and full detail
• Completes tasks according to standardized work processes, quality goals, and manufacturing schedules
• Maintains the good working condition of equipment and tools
• Promotes teamwork and safety in the warehouse

Skills & requirements:

• Experience in manufacturing or production preferred
• Basic math, reading, and comprehension skills
• Must be dependable & reliable
• Must pass drug screen & background check
• E-Verify employer

Physical requirements:

• Must be able to stand 8 hours per day
• Must be able to visually inspect parts for 8 hours per day

Work environment:

• Industrial facility
• Non temperature controlled environment

Dress code: Blue jeans or work pants, MS-IL t-shirt, safety glasses, steel toed shoes
