The Manager of Global Menu Coffee & Beverage Technology is a newly created opportunity to help lead and change how McDonald’s develops and executes its coffee portfolio – reaching millions of people daily. This role will serve as the global technical resource - impacting taste, quality and influencing the equipment and operations within the McDonald’s system. This role will support the Global Menu Strategy team and country Coffee/Menu, Supply Chain, and Operation teams.
Technical coffee processing knowledge , from bean to cup
Coffee operations expertise , particularly in a high-throughput, multi-location restaurant/café/food service environment
Coffee menu development and culinary expertise
