EverWash is looking to add a Membership Support Representative to their team:

As an EverWash Membership Support Representative, you will join a dynamic and growing team dedicated to providing 24/7 service to members of our subscription car wash service. We are seeking reliable, computer-literate agents who excel in delivering exceptional customer service across multiple communication channels, including inbound phone calls, live chats, emails, and text messages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, live chat, email, and text message in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing and resolving member issues and concerns.
• Multitask across various communication platforms to efficiently handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
• Utilize systems such as Slack, Gmail, and an online knowledge base to stay engaged and informed.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with remote team members.

Requirements:

• High school diploma required.
• Ability to work from a home office with a personal computer and high-speed, wired internet connection.
• Ability to sit or stand at a desk and operate a computer for the duration of the work shift.
• Ability to understand and respond clearly to both verbal and written communication.
• Employment is subject to a background check and authorization to work in the US.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• Customer service experience is required.
• Contact center experience is preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred.
