Monarch NC, a provider of high-quality and trauma-informed care for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, mental illness and substance use disorders, is seeking an experienced Nurse Manager to lead our Crisis Response team in Lumberton, NC.

As a Nurse Manager, you will provide clinical management and operational direction for your assigned clinical unit. You will provide leadership and coordination within the unit and serve as a tactical point person as it relates to the care of the people we support, staff development, physician relationships, quality initiatives, program development and corporate-wide success. You will also oversee and control stock drugs and controlled substances, monitor all clinical logs for accuracy and completion, and implement infection control and standard precautions.

To qualify, candidates must have the following:

*An Associate's degree in Nursing is required.
*Candidates must be a licensed North Carolina Registered Nurse (RN).
*At least 3 years of post-graduate experience providing crisis response to adults with a mental health and/or substance use diagnosis.
*At least 1 year of experience managing a team.
