Job Title: Microsoft 365 Engineer
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated Microsoft 365 Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have some technical understanding of Microsoft products and play a role in helping Opkalla’s customers plan, onboard, and support their Microsoft 365 and Azure services. In addition, you will help contribute to the maintenance of Opkalla’s internal cloud technologies, and stay updated on new technologies that could benefit Opkalla and its customers. You will be rewarded for achieving Microsoft certifications that further Opkalla’s value in the marketplace.
Responsibilities:
- Administer, maintain, and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 services for Opkalla customers
- Support and maintain internal Opkalla cloud technologies
- Identify and propose technical, risk mitigation, and process improvements for Opkalla’s business
- Stay up-to-date on the latest Microsoft technologies, trends, and competitive landscape
Required Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 0-2 Years experience implementing and supporting Microsoft 365 products
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences

Detailed Responsibilities:
- Microsoft 365 Administration
- Manage and maintain the Microsoft 365 environment, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
- Oversee user accounts, licenses, and permissions, ensuring proper access controls and configurations.
- Perform regular updates, backups, and security assessments for Microsoft 365 applications.
- Entra ID Administration
- Administer Microsoft Entra ID, managing identity and access policies to ensure a secure and seamless SSO experience.
- Support user authentication processes and troubleshoot login or multi-factor authentication (MFA) issues.
- Azure Administration
- Assist in managing Azure services, including virtual machines, networking, and storage components.
- Monitor performance, manage configurations, and implement best practices for Azure-based applications and infrastructure.
- Security Management
- Maintain and support Microsoft Security applications, including Defender for Endpoint and Cloud.
- Coordinate with the Security team to deploy security policies, monitor threats, and respond to incidents.
- Administer KnowBe4 for security awareness training and monitor phishing simulations.
- Intune Device Management
- Configure and manage Intune for device management and application deployment across the organization.
- Enforce compliance policies and monitor device health for company-issued and BYOD devices.
- Email Security (Exchange Online, Perception Point)
- Manage email security configurations and policies within Exchange Online.
- Administer Perception Point for advanced email security and monitor for phishing or malware threats.
- Customer Support and Escalation (CSP Microsoft Support)
- Work with the CSP Microsoft Support team for case escalations and critical support incidents.
- Serve as a liaison between the organization and Microsoft to resolve technical challenges.
- Support client needs by providing guidance on best practices for Microsoft 365 setup, permissions, and policy configurations.
- Collaboration Tools (Trello, Atlassian, Salesforce)
- Act as the administrator for Trello and Atlassian products, managing user access, permissions, and configurations.
- Provide support for Salesforce administration tasks related to integrations and user management.
- Office Infrastructure Support
- Manage office WiFi network, ensuring reliable connectivity and performance for all users.
- Oversee the office security camera system, including setup, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Oversee Printer Management, including setup, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of office printers to ensure continuous and efficient operations.
