Qualifications:

• Must have an active State NMLS in Florida since at least 2021
• Demonstrates exceptional decision-making abilities
• Possesses superior written and verbal communication skills
• Exhibits superb interpersonal and customer service skills
• Familiarity with various types of loans, including Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, and Non-QM
• Ability to collaborate effectively with realtors, processors, and underwriters to ensure seamless transactions and oversee all customer interactions
• Preferably holds a Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year college or university
• Must have three (3) references listed on a resume
