NANNY / FAMILY ASSISTANT | WESTPORT, CT Full-Time | Live-Out | $35/hr Overnight Coverage: $500/night Benefits: Paid Vacation, Health Insurance or Stipend, Holidays Off

A warm, professional family in Westport, CT, is seeking a highly experienced and flexible Nanny/Family Assistant to help manage childcare, light housekeeping, and family organization within their 7,000 sq ft home. The family has one infant and values kindness, patience, and attention to detail.

Position Overview:

• Full-time (40+ hours/week)
• Flexible schedule; occasional weekends or overnights
• Domestic and international travel required
• Live-out position

Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive care for one child (infant/toddler)
• Support developmental milestones through creative play and learning activities
• Family meal prep and light cooking
• Light housekeeping and household organization (closets, pantry, toys)
• Run errands and assist with daily family needs
• Drive the child and/or complete family errands using a personal vehicle
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards (hand washing, no shoes indoors)
• Assist during occasional travel and overnights

Ideal Candidate:

• Experienced with infants, toddlers, and school-aged children
• CPR/First Aid certified
• Strong knowledge of sleep training
• Creative and engaging (arts, crafts, storytelling)
• Extremely organized, hygienic, and proactive
• Flexible with scheduling and travel
• Comfortable working in a formal household setting
