iCRYO Registered Nurse (Fitness and Wellness Center)

Do you enjoy preventative health, wellness, and fitness in a spa like setting? iCRYO is a rapidly expanding health and wellness spa. We administer cutting-edge wellness services to our guests including: Cryotherapy, Infrared Sauna, Body Sculpting, IV Therapy, Ozone Therapy, HyperBaric Oxygen Chamber, and prescribed pharmaceuticals and nutraceuticals. 

Our ideal candidate has a dynamic personality and ability to connect with our guests in a professional and service-oriented manner. The candidate must be able to articulate well and educate guests about the services we offer. In addition to a positive work environment, our nurses receive complementary lifestyle services (Cryotherapy, Red Light Therapy, Body Sculpting, Sauna, and Compression) as well as discounted medical services. 

Medical Qualifications 

• Must have a valid AZ RN License
• Proficient in IV/IM administration and taking vital signs
• Maintain proficient charting and documentation per iCRYO standards. Must understand, follow, and enforce protocols, procedures, guidelines, and medical directives. 
• Ability to work independently without direct physician supervision.
• Two years of experience as a nurse in an acute care setting (ER, ICU, Med-surg or similar) preferred.

• Team player: willingness and ability help in all aspects of running the center. 
• Ability to clearly educate and explain to the guests the benefits of nutraceuticals and pharmaceuticals.
• Creates a positive and encouraging environment for guests and team members. Make each guest feel valued and special. 
• Exhibits exceptional hospitality and service skills. Able to handle and resolve guest issues, exceeds guest expectations, and maintains guest loyalty. 
• Comfortable with center goals, metrics, targets, and offering services.

Compensation: Dependent upon experience. Commissions and bonuses are available.
