As the Office Manager, you will: Manage real estate budget spend Manage local social committee team & budget Oversee planning committee organizing office events, including committee spend. Partner with head of office & leadership to create and manage budget for office events. Serve as onsite lead & point person for capex work Manage day to day operations & functionality of the physical office environment Manage day to day operations & functionality of the social elements of the office environment Represent mn8 to local property management Oversee local third-party vendors – physical environment, culture & experiential Manage & oversee security controls Manage local safety & emergency action plans Manage local travel & expense responsibilities Other supplementary responsibilities & tasks as required. Our ideal candidate will have: Bachelor’s degree in facilities management, business administration, or a related field preferred. 5+ years’ experience in facilities management, office administration, or a similar role. Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance practices, and safety regulations. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with employees at all levels including C-Suite. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and facilities management software preferred. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
