Contract to hire.

You will spearhead the implementation and management of Single Sign-On (SSO) integrations across various platforms and applications. This critical role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that identity solutions are seamlessly integrated and aligned with the highest security standards. Your expertise will drive the adoption and optimization of the Okta platform within the organization, enhancing our security posture and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will not only lead in the technical aspects but also mentor team members and establish streamlined processes for Access Management using the Okta suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end to end SSO integrations while collaborating with cross functional teams.
• Support and troubleshoot identity across multiple platforms (Azure/Okta).
• Promote security policies, standards, and best practices across the organization.
• Design, implement, and maintain the IAM platform to meet the organization's security and compliance requirements.
• Ensure seamless integration of the IAM system with existing applications and infrastructure.
• Develop and maintain system documentation, including operation procedures, technical specifications and training materials.
• Train and mentor other team members on the use of the Okta Platform.
• Responsible to establish repeatable processes for Access Management using Okta.

***Experience with infrastructure as code using Terraform is a hard requirement**

Qualifications

• Relevant Certifications are highly desirable. (Certified consultant, Certified Technical Architect, SC-300)
• Must have a minimum of 5+ years of Okta Experience.
• 2+ years of integrating applications with an SSO solution and integration multiple IdPs using SAML.
• Strong understanding of SSO/federated authentication methods (SAML, OIDC, OAuth) coupled with SCIM.
• Ability to effectively communicate complex and technical issues to diverse audiences in an easily understood and actionable manner.
• Strong understanding of IAM concepts, including Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and API access Management (AAM), RBAC.
• Hands-on experience in B2B/B2C integrations with Okta Life Cycle Management with OKTA API calls
• Proficient in utilizing the Okta API for custom integrations and automations.
