Come join us as an Package Delivery Driver  at ButterDrive Logistics a top Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP) based out of Trumbull CT 06611 earning  $22.25 per hour !

Our team of energetic, motivated, and dedicated Delivery Drivers. We are hiring quickly and we are the top choice for candidates in Fairfield & New Haven Counties.

This is a Seasonal Employee position with starting date no earlier than September 15, 2024 and an ending date no later than January 15, 2025. Opportunity to transition to full-time position based on performance and availability.

What You’ll Do:

As a Delivery Driver, you will drive and deliver packages safely , on-time and with great customer service to customers in the neighborhoods we serve.

• You can expect to drive and deliver as much as 250+ packages per day with about 150+ stops per shift.
• Drivers typically work 4-5 Days per week. Up to 8-10 hours per day.
• Flexible shifts available including Part-time, Weekend-Only (All-Seasonal positions)!
• Package Delivery Experience desirable, but not required. (Paid Training available)
• Opportunity to drive a Sprinter Van or a Step Van.
• Company Vehicle Provided! This is a Non CDL Driver Position!

What You’ll Need: 

• Must have a valid driver's license with clean driving history
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
• Must be able to move boxes up to 50 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodation for the duration of a 10-hour work shift.
• Must be available to work for the full 10hr shift including weekends and holidays.

Additional Requirements:

• Safely driving company vehicle and obey local and state driving laws and road regulations.
• Must be flexible with work schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Must have knowledge of and comply with state driving laws
• Must be able to walk, climb stairs, reach overhead, squat, bend, kneel, stoop and crouch repeatedly as job demands
• Ability to stand, walk, drive, lift and carry heavy items, load and unload vehicles all day and work in a physically demanding environment.
• Willingness to adhere to assigned routes, schedules, safety procedures, and transportation laws.
• Use handheld device for routing information, customer delivery information.
• Ability to function calmly and efficiently in high-pressure, multi-tasking environment
• Maintain good work habits, including reporting to work on time and adhering to standard work and safety procedures
