We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Palletizer Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating palletizing machinery, ensuring the efficient and accurate stacking of products on pallets for shipment. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate palletizing equipment to stack and organize products on pallets.
• Ensure products are correctly stacked and secured for transportation.
• Monitor machinery to ensure it is functioning properly and report any issues to maintenance.
• Inspect products for quality and conformity to specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures.
• Complete required documentation and logs.
• Collaborate with other team members to meet production goals.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience operating palletizing equipment or similar machinery preferred.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
• Basic mechanical skills to perform minor equipment adjustments and maintenance.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends.
