We are looking for a Part-Time Recruiter and Training Coordinator with sales knowledge who can take ownership , work independently, and build a consistent, structured recruiting and training plan.
This is a hands-on, project-based role with ongoing responsibility. Perfect for someone who loves building systems, understands salesmanship and sales strategies and knows how to turn knowledge into action.
Take full ownership of recruiting and training initiatives from all departments: sales, customer experience, and internal teams

Keep our exception retention rate high, by hiring the right people, training them, guiding them through career paths and being a foundation part of our growth.
Build and maintain structured training plans (onboarding, refreshers, product knowledge, sales skills, crm, proper shipping methods and everything in between)
Create clear, usable training materials (guides, checklists, SOPs, short videos, presentations)
Work closely with leadership to align training with revenue goals, customer experience standards, and execution speed
Ensure training is consistent, repeatable, and used
Continuously improve training based on feedback, performance gaps, and company growth
Experience in sales, sales support, training and recruiting (B2B preferred)
Confident communicator who can explain concepts clearly and practically
Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently
Strong project ownership mindset — you don’t wait to be told what to do
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Based in or near Pompano Beach, FL (on-site collaboration required)
