TranSource Truck & Equipment, Inc. is looking to hire a Parts Sales Person for our Sioux Falls branch. The ideal candidate should have truck or equipment parts sales experience.

The Parts Sales Person will be responsible for:

• Providing a high quality level of service to both the outside customers and the internal departments
• Overseeing the daily activities of the parts counter and the parts department employees
• Lookup parts ,price and purchase parts
• Maintaining a safe work environment
• Fill workorder parts for technicians
• Monitoring and adjusting inventory to minimize obsolescence
• Submitting returns, discrepancies and core returns on a timely basis
• Directs shipping and receiving efforts to ensure timely processing of incoming and outgoing shipments
• Maintaining professional appearance

Qualifications:

• Must be committed to 100% customer satisfaction
• Minimum two years experience as a parts counterperson and/or equivalent experience in a service related industry
• Excellent Communication skills both oral and written
• Must be able to lift 70 lbs.
• Must be able to manage customer expectations
• Excellent computer skills and familiarity with all Microsoft Office products and software. Efficient in use of Microsoft Outlook
• Must have insurable driving record and be able to pass a drug screen and background check

$45,000 - $65,000 per year
