• Supervises Oklahoma PC Technicians
• Work Service Desk tickets and email issues.
• Manage and work IT projects
• Support for local network issues
• Inventory maintenance
• Monitor brand outages and coordinate proper local technician response
• Maintain server room
• Other duties as assigned.
