• Manage and maintain executive schedules, including appointments and travel arrangements.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes to ensure accurate records are kept.
• Handle incoming communications, including emails and phone calls, directing them as appropriate.
• Organize and maintain files, documents, and records for easy retrieval and reference.
• Support the execution of various projects by tracking timelines and deliverables.
• Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role supporting executives.
