About the Role:
As a Virtual Physician, you will provide quality care to patients aged 18 and older through our platforms, including phone, video, and asynchronous messaging. In this position, you will also take on the role of a supervising physician for other Advanced Practice Providers.
This is a full-time position, working Monday through Friday for 40 hours per week.
Our Virtual Clinic operates from 7 AM to 7 PM across all time zones, and you will be expected to work at least one evening shift each week. Currently, there are no weekend shifts required, and our clinicians are on call for one week every 4-6 weeks.
You will report directly to the Senior Medical Director of Virtual Primary Care.

Compensation and Benefits:
Base salary: $188,000 - $246,750 per year
Eligible for employee benefits
Annual vacation grant of up to 18 days
Performance-based annual bonuses
Responsibilities:
Deliver virtual medical care to a panel of patients (ages 18+) in accordance with our guidelines, practices, and policies.
Provide direct oversight and supervision of nurse practitioners and physician assistants, adhering to state regulations.
Collaborate with Medical Assistants, Registered Nurses, and other providers across service lines (Virtual Urgent Care & Virtual Health Assessment).
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Med/Peds.
Must hold licenses in both Georgia and Texas.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in an in-person outpatient primary care setting (Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Med/Peds).
Experience supervising Nurse Practitioners (NPs) and Physician Assistants (PAs).
Bonus Points:
2+ years of Telemedicine experience.
Compact physician license.
Fluent in Spanish.
Licensed in additional Oscar states: FL, NY, AZ, OK, CA, CT.

Final offer amounts, within the base salary range listed above, will be determined based on your skills, education, and experience.
