Job Title: Distribution Center Associate

We’re looking for a dependable and hardworking Distribution Center Associate to join our growing operations team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in the daily activities that keep our supply chain moving—packing, shipping, receiving, inventory handling, and order fulfillment. If you’re reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to grow within a supportive team environment, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

• Fulfill customer orders by accurately picking items from inventory and preparing them for shipment.
• Receive incoming shipments, inspect for accuracy and damage, and process returns as needed.
• Ensure all documentation—packing slips, shipping labels, etc.—is accurate and properly processed.
• Communicate any issues or discrepancies to supervisors or leads in a timely manner.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.

What You Bring:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs consistently without assistance.
• Willingness and availability to work frequent overtime as needed.
• Basic understanding of warehouse operations (prior experience a plus, but not required).
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work well within a team.
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain one (a plus).
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
