Overview:

Our client is a health and wellness organization located in Pittsburgh and operates health insurance plans in Pennsylvania, Delaware, and West Virginia.

Job Title: Policy Admin/Analyst

Location: Remote

Duration: 5 Months

Job Description:

• The Policy Analyst defines clear business rules for column-level and row-level access control policies based on documented requirements.
• They create the technical configuration within the tool to implement access control policies, ensuring they function as intended through testing and validation.
• Furthermore, they will maintain documentation of all configured policies, collaborate with the Business System Analyst to clarify requirements, and continuously monitor and optimize access control for effectiveness and efficiency.
• Bringing in a tool called SecuPi
• Taking business requirements required by BSA and translating them into the tool.
• A tool administrator.
• Implement solution

Required Qualifications:

• 5-7+ years of experience.
• Must have senior level experience. Not interested in junior level candidates.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience implementing policies for Data Masking, Row-level security, and user access enforcement using attributes, roles, or context.
• Ability to implement attribute-based access control and de-identification logic.
• Experience working with database security.
• Experience developing tool configuration.
• Self-starter.
• Excellent communication.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with any of the following tools highly preferred: SecuPi, Protegrity. or Immuta
• Healthcare industry experience.
