Job Description

• Design best practices for the back-office functions of financial products such as securities, funds, fixed income, and derivatives targeting both the US and other overseas markets. This is aimed at improving operational efficiency and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Design, implement, and improve access solutions for banks, clearing houses, or upstream financial institutions, abstracting efficient and high-quality access layer solutions for the group.
• Designing clearing, settlement, financial, and reconciliation systems for global mainstream markets and financial products.
• Participate in advancing the group's globalization efforts, gathering effective information on financial products, business systems, and regulatory requirements from different regions, and assisting other teams in formulating implementation plans.
• Collaborate with the headquarters' product team to enhance the efficiency of group research and development through high-quality standardized back-office design, accelerating the pace and quality of the group's internationalization efforts.

Requirements

• With over 5 years of relevant experience in product design for back-office functions in securities, funds, fixed income, and derivatives at renowned financial institutions or from industry-leading solution providers such as FIS, Broadridge .etc, would be a big plus.
• Familiarity with back-office operations and design in the financial domain. Experience using mainstream clearing systems, and familiarity with financial, internal control, and reconciliation product design.
• Project experience involving communication and coordination across multiple teams in different countries.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
