Corporate Hiring Solutions Inc. seeks an experienced Program Manager to manage workstreams for publicfacing projects. The Program Manager will work with the Digital Service team to organize plan and track projects including the redesign of a major website. The role involves stakeholder engagement sprint management and ensuring the timely delivery of highquality digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage workstreams for a significant website redesign to ensure the delivery of highquality digital experiences on time.
• Establish and track project deliverables assisting in overcoming obstacles to executing project activities sprints or phases.
• Lead and manage sprint planning and task management.
• Monitor project activities document agreements communicate with stakeholders and escalate issues as necessary.
• Set deadlines and monitor project progress following up with relevant stakeholders.
• Facilitate meetings with teams and stakeholders providing clear prioritized agendas timely recaps and driving resolution of next steps.

Mandatory Skills/Experience :

• Minimum of 8 years of experience managing web projects.
• Proven experience in driving websites and web features to launch with attention to detail and quality user experiences.
• Indepth knowledge of agile project management practices with experience leading sprints in large organizations.
• Experience collaborating with various disciplines to launch digital tools and services.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for crossfunctional collaboration and coaching teams to drive outcomes.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and modern software development practices.
• Experience setting up project management processes for crossfunctional teams with diverse ways of working.
