Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Program Manager to oversee and enhance key deliverables across our projects. You will play a crucial role in managing project activities, facilitating communication, and ensuring the successful execution of project goals.

Value Tracker
Aggregate detailed plans from multiple work streams into a cohesive project overview.
Navigate ambiguity and foster consensus among work stream leads.
Utilize Mac-based tools for project reporting and communication, such as Chorus, Quip, Keynote, Wrike, and Miro.
Serve as the first point of escalation for project delivery teams facing issues.
Document project progress and status in Wrike, including risks, issues, decisions, changes, schedules, and tasks.
Collaborate closely with the Solution Manager on Change Management activities, including communication creation and delivery.
Coordinate deliverable development activities with the Business Analyst, Technical Project Manager, and assigned Business Stakeholders.
Employ appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in scope and schedule.
Communicate project status, issues, and risks effectively to project sponsors and leadership.
Develop executive-level project summaries as required using Mac tools.
Required Skills:
At least 3 years of experience in Program Management, managing large-scale and complex programs.
A minimum of 10 years of project management experience, including at least 3 years leading large-scale projects.
Experience in legal operations or security is essential.
Strong familiarity with Apple-based tools (Chorus, Quip, Keynote, Wrike) is required.
Proven ability to take initiative and thrive in ambiguous environments.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
Ability to engage with leadership and contribute effectively to strategic planning initiatives.
Demonstrated executive presence with the capability to influence outcomes while identifying innovative opportunities and garnering support for process improvements.
Strong leadership, collaboration, communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with a keen attention to detail.
