Job Description and Duties

Under direction of the Public Safety Dispatch Supervisor IIs, the incumbent will be responsible for planning, organizing, supervising and assigning work to communications center personnel; ability to work a variety of shifts – including holidays and weekends; prepare performance evaluations, monthly CHP 100PSD forms, citizens’ complaints, injury and illness reports; monitor/manage critical incidents; ability to perform dispatch duties using InformCAD; provide direction and assistance to subordinate personnel and other duties as assigned.
