The Quality Technician will be responsible for ensuring that products meet quality standards and specifications through rigorous testing and inspection processes. Document inspection results and maintain accurate records in compliance with regulatory requirements. Identify non-conformities and work with production teams to implement corrective actions. Conduct equipment calibrations and maintenance to ensure testing equipment operates correctly. Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and protocols. Analyze quality data and prepare reports for management to highlight trends and issues. Participate in quality audits and support compliance with ISO or other relevant quality standards. Provide training and guidance to employees on quality standards and procedures. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to develop solutions for quality-related challenges.
