What You’ll Do

• Partner with The Steve Smith Team to generate and close real estate sales
• Guide buyers and sellers through every step of the process with care and confidence
• Build and nurture client relationships through consistent communication and follow-up
• Conduct market research and prepare competitive market analyses
• Prospect for new business while servicing our well-established client network
• Negotiate contracts and manage transactions from start to finish
• Stay informed on local market trends, tools, and best practices

What We’re Looking For

• Active Indiana real estate license
• Proven success in real estate sales
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-disciplined, goal-oriented, and proactive mindset
• Tech-savvy with experience in CRMs and digital marketing tools
• Positive attitude and team-first approach
