**Job Opportunity: Experienced Real Estate Paralegal**

**About the Role:**

As a Real Estate Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in facilitating real estate transactions in Hawaii. We are looking for someone with 5-10 years of experience in Hawaii real estate law who is adept at processing both regular system and Land Court deeds, as well as handling various filings with the Bureau of Conveyances using e-filing software.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Efficiently process Hawaii regular system and Land Court deeds, along with other necessary filings with the Bureau of Conveyances using e-filing software.
- Provide guidance to clients on real estate closing matters, ensuring they feel supported throughout the process.
- Draft, review, and revise a variety of real estate documents, including commercial leases and purchase agreements.
- Conduct title searches and prepare preliminary title reports (preferred).
- Maintain and organize client files within our practice management system to ensure easy access and efficiency.
- Communicate promptly and professionally with clients and third parties to foster strong relationships.

**Qualifications:**

- 5-10 years of experience in real estate law or a related field is strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in e-filing software and a solid understanding of Hawaii real estate procedures.
- Strong knowledge of real estate transactions and closing processes.
- Excellent communication skills and a commitment to providing outstanding client service.
- Experience with title searches and preliminary title reports is preferred.
- Paralegal certification or equivalent experience is required; former escrow officers without prior paralegal experience will also be considered.
