What You’ll Do

• Provide individualized ABA therapy in the home setting (Fayetteville, 28312)
  
• Follow treatment and behavior plans designed by a supervising BCBA
  
• Collect and record accurate data to track progress and outcomes
  
• Collaborate with BCBAs, caregivers, and teammates to deliver high-quality care
  
• Foster a positive, supportive environment tailored to each child’s needs

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification (required)
  
• At least 6 months of ABA experience preferred (newly certified RBTs welcome to apply)
  
• Strong skills in data collection, documentation, and communication
  
• Reliable transportation and consistent availability for scheduled hours
  
• Commitment to evidence-based practices and compassionate care
