Registered Dietitian Nutritionist –Telehealth (20–40 Hours/Week)
RD Nutrition Consultants LLC is seeking experienced Registered Dietitian Nutritionists (RDNs) to provide virtual weight management and lifestyle counseling for our expanding telehealth client base. This is a 100% remote position with flexible scheduling — ideal for dietitians who want to make a meaningful impact while working from home.
Position Overview
Hours: 20–40 hours per week, based on patient scheduling and your availability
Location: Fully remote, telehealth-based
Pay: $30–$36/hour (commensurate with experience)
Flexibility: Create a schedule that works for you within core telehealth hours
Support: Backed by a collaborative team so you can focus on client care
Key Responsibilities
Deliver individualized Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) with a focus on sustainable weight management
Conduct virtual consultations to assess nutrition needs and develop personalized care plans
Educate clients on evidence-based nutrition strategies, behavior change, and lifestyle improvements
Monitor progress and adjust care plans to ensure positive outcomes
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals for comprehensive client support
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in our electronic health record (EHR) system
Participate in team communications and occasional administrative tasks related to client care
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or related field from an accredited program
Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) credential through the Commission on Dietetic Registration
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in outpatient, weight management, or related settings
Strong knowledge of evidence-based weight management principles
Comfortable with telehealth technology and EHR platforms
Excellent communication skills with a client-centered approach
Preferred: Certifications in weight management, behavior change counseling, or motivational interviewing
