Schedule is done in 4 week increments. Self-scheduling to an extent. Manager will move shifts to balance out schedule. · Floating policy: Contract labor is first to float. If the staffing need is in med/surg, contract labor is expected to float to med/surg and take the assignment. · Patient Experience requirements: Expected to provide attentive and compassionate care to patients/family members.
