Responsibilities:

• Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their cruise preferences interests and budgetary considerations tailoring cruise packages to meet their unique needs.
  

• Destination Expertise: Stay informed about the latest cruise industry trends ship amenities and travel regulations to provide clients with uptodate information and recommendations.
  

• Booking Coordination: Manage endtoend cruise bookings including securing reservations coordinating travel logistics and ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately.
  

• Vendor Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with cruise line representatives and other travel partners to negotiate favorable rates and secure exclusive offers for our clients.
  

• Record Keeping: Maintain detailed and organized records of client preferences itineraries bookings and payments to ensure accurate documentation and efficient communication.
  

Qualifications:

• Age and Authorization: Must be 18 years of age or older and legally authorized to work in the United States.
  

• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customercentric focus providing clients with clear detailed information.
  

• Detailoriented: Meticulous attention to detail to manage multiple client inquiries and cruise bookings simultaneously.
