We are looking for a motivated and skilled Remote Recruiter to assist in sourcing and recruiting top talent for a variety of roles within the field of international politics, policy analysis, and related sectors. As a remote team member, you will work closely with our internal team to identify, engage, and recruit experts for different roles, ensuring that candidates align with our clients’ needs.

Requirements:
Proven experience in recruitment, particularly in international sectors or with political expertise.
Strong knowledge of international political dynamics and global affairs.
Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
Ability to independently manage the recruitment process from sourcing to placement.
Strong networking skills and ability to engage senior-level professionals.
Comfortable working remotely and managing tasks independently with minimal supervision.
A passion for global affairs and a keen interest in contributing to shaping the future of international political leadership.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough research to identify potential candidates in international politics, government, and global affairs sectors.
Source, engage, and manage candidate pipelines using multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networks, etc.).
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and suitability for roles.
Build and maintain strong relationships with international political experts and professionals.
Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to understand recruitment requirements and provide suitable talent solutions.
Manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously while maintaining high standards of candidate experience and communication.
Stay updated on global political trends and talent needs within the sector.
