Responsibilities Weatherford is hiring a Repair & Maintenance Technician for our El Reno facility. This is a hands-on, rewarding role where you will be repairing and maintaining equipment for the oil and gas industry. The Repair & Maintenance Technician will be working within a supportive, inclusive team in a fast-paced, progressive environment. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: (not listed in any particular order)
- Have the ability to manage co-works as a lead Tech
- In shop environment repairs & trouble shooting.
- Primarily activity is at workshop, troubleshooting, repairing, refurbishing, implementing mandatory modifications and executing and/or planning preventive and corrective maintenance of shop equipment and tools, helping to mitigate assets related non-productive time and improve overall service delivery performance.
- He/she may be required to attend a client location to perform his/her duties whenever an R&M task is deemed necessary to carry over a field operation.
- Know and understand Weatherford Quality Policy and comply with all requirements of the Quality Systems Manual, Operating and Technical Procedures and Workplace Instructions
- Must understand and comply with all safety rules and company policies of Weatherford
Qualifications - 3+ years related experience preferred
- Mechanically Inclined
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Must have the ability to take occasional call
- Must have the ability to work overtime
- Must have the ability to drive company vehicle preferred
- Having a Class A CDL is preferred
