Research Development Office Assistant (part-time)

Job Purpose

Provide supplementary office support in Research Development and EPSCoR-IDeA Office

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Provide administrative support in the Research Development, EPSCoR-IDeA office including:

• Interact with students, faculty and staff as needed
• Use databases and look through data (no experience needed)
• Perform basic reception duties: errands, answer the telephone, take messages, transfer calls, answer standard questions, and direct visitors to the appropriate source.
• Assist with scheduling and event planning for meetings or special events
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
• Work with Research Development staff on routine projects
  
  

REMOTE WORK ELIGIBILITY:

This position provides vital support to campus customers and requires the successful candidate be available to work on campus.

Minimum Qualifications

Education: Minimum education High School graduate.

Experience: Computer experience, attention to detail.

Desired Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Office software,
• Computer experience,
• Phone experience,
• Experience with maintaining a consistent schedule,
• Experience with adapting between various systems and projects,
• Attention to detail.
• Must be a reliable and cooperative individual.
