Our plumbing division is expanding, and we’re looking for a skilled professional ready to take the lead.
Role Overview: We’re seeking a licensed Journeyman Plumber who is passionate about quality work and long-term opportunity. You’ll handle service and installation of residential plumbing systems including water heaters, softeners, and filtration. Ideal candidates are ready to take on a leadership role and help grow our plumbing division alongside a supportive and experienced team.
Key Responsibilities:
● Service, diagnose, and install residential plumbing systems
● Work on water heaters, water softeners, water filtration systems, and general residential repairs
● Provide clear communication and honest recommendations to customers
● Maintain detailed documentation of work performed
● Help develop and lead the plumbing division, including cross-training team members
● Maintain a clean and professional appearance and service vehicle
● Attend team meetings, training, and collaborate with leadership
Requirements:
● Active Utah Journeyman Plumber License (Required)
● Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
● Able to pass a background check and drug test
● 2+ years of residential plumbing experience
● Boiler experience preferred (not required)
● Strong communication and customer service skills
● Desire to grow within a long-term leadership role

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $28.00 - $42.00 per hour (based on experience)
