Job Description

Job Title: RPA Developer (US Citizens Only)

Location: Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications:

• Design develop and deploy RPA solutions to automate business processes.
• Configure bots and scripts that interact with various applications APIs and systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document business process requirements.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications for automation.
• Develop process flow diagrams solution design documentation and other technical artifacts.
• Ensure processes are optimized for automation before implementation.
• Conduct testing (unit integration and user acceptance) to validate the solution.
• Deploy bots to production and provide postdeployment support and monitoring.
• Monitor bots to ensure stability performance and accuracy.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in RPA implementations.
• Implement enhancements or updates to existing bots as needed.
• Work with crossfunctional teams to align RPA initiatives with organizational goals.
• Provide training and knowledge transfer to users and other team members.

• Handson experience with RPA platforms like UiPath Blue Prism or Automation Anywhere.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python .NET Java or C#.
• Strong understanding of process mapping BPM tools and system integrations (APIs web services).
• Experience with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and version control systems like Git.
• Strong analytical abilities to evaluate processes for automation feasibility.
• Troubleshooting skills to resolve technical and processrelated issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and interact with stakeholders.
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
• Experience in RPA development or process automation.
• Certification in RPA platforms (e.g. UiPath Certified Professional) is a plus.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and SDLC processes.
• Experience in deploying RPA solutions in cloud environments (Azure AWS etc.).
• Exposure to Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) to enhance RPA capabilities.
• Federal Experience is a plus.
