Sales and Business Development Manager Qualifications:

• 3+ years of proven track record producing results and over-achieving sales quotas
• Passion for sales, and the ability to negotiate and close deals
• Experience in B2B sales is preferred
• Ability to lead, mentor, and hold accountable a sales team
• Strong communication and customer focus

Sales and Business Development Manager Responsibilities:

• Identify new clients, prospect, and sign new business
• Train, develop and manage a sales team to become top performers
• Build KPIs and hold the team accountable to optimize success, monthly, quarterly and annually
• Meet or exceed annual sales goals
• Develop and maintain new and repeat client relationships
