We are a fast-growing company that is looking to hire a motivated, self-starter who can handle the client-facing portion of our business. The right individual must possess a positive attitude, be sales-orientated, have a friendly demeanor, and a respectful image. \
Experience in roofing is preferred and general knowledge of construction is a plus. You must be efficient in GoogleSuite, Excel, and Word. We will provide leads. We offer support, training, and tools to help you succeed. We service all of King County & southern Snohomish County. While the administrative part of this job is 50% remote, you must be willing and able to travel up to 50% of the time to meet with clients. Pay is DOE.\

JOB DUTIES TO INCLUDE:\
-Handle phone and email communication\
-Manage company provided leads\
-Source new leads, be a self-starter\
-Job site visits/ Regular communication with customers \
-Managing administrative duties\
-Keep all business communications professional in tone and content\
-Direct customer contact\
-Project measurements & take-offs \
-Generating proposals\
-Take accountability for completing assignments and meeting deadlines in a timely and professional manner.\
-Keep up on current products and details\
-Communicate with management & staff\
-Maintain and wear professional attire\
-Must have a clean and reliable work vehicle \

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:\
-Previous construction or industrial sales experience is required\
-Experienced roofing estimators with roofing experience is preferred\
-Experience in growing market share\
-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment\
-Must have a tenacious drive to sell and the ability to problem-solve\
-Strong mathematics and computer skills are essential\
-Previous outside sales experience is required\
-Strong organizational skills and sales tracking abilities\
-Excellent time management and follow-up skills\
-Bilingual a plus, but not required\

WORKING CONDITIONS / PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:\
-Sitting 20% (in the office, clients homes, driving to appointments)\
-Standing/walking 80%\
-Must be able to carry a 32' ladder and climb on roofs\
-Frequent client and inter-office personnel interaction -heavily dependent on excellent customer interaction.\
-Hearing Must be able to hear telephonic equipment and comfortably communicate with clients and others by telephone and in\
-Near Vision - The ability to see details at close range (within a few feet of the observer) as required for business software, and operating office
