POSITION SUMMARY:

The New Business Food Service Sales Representative (FSR) is responsible for driving sales growth in the food service sector within the PCNY region. This role focuses on acquiring new accounts, expanding relationships with key customers, and ensuring the successful execution of sales and service strategies. The FSR will leverage strong selling skills, cold-calling tactics, and data-driven decision-making to enhance market penetration and meet assigned business targets.

REPRESENTATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES:

While actual tasks may vary based on business needs, the core responsibilities of this role include:

  • Identify, prospect, and secure new food service accounts through proactive sales efforts, including cold-calling, networking, and lead generation.
  • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction through superior service and execution.
  • Utilize VIP data analytics and Data Essentials market insights to identify business opportunities and optimize sales strategies.
  • Coordinate and oversee the placement and installation of new equipment, including conducting site surveys to ensure proper execution.
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of numerous key accounts within the territory, adjusting as needed based on business demands.
  • Ensure customers receive timely support for service issues, troubleshooting, and program compliance.
  • Convert and transform potential new accounts into prestige marketing signage, activating the food service playbook.
  • Leverage our marketing to bundle food options with our beverage portfolio.
  • Conduct a minimum of 40 customer follow-up calls per week to drive upselling, service improvements, and customer engagement.
  • Achieve the yearly target goal for the new food service business.

EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATION:

  • Minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in a fact-based selling environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience in the food service or consumer packaged goods industry is preferred.
  • Ability and willingness to lift up to 40 lbs. periodically.

COMPENSATION RANGE:

Potential earning is from $67,600.00 to $90,000.00 annually
