Rate-Salary: $40-44/hr on W2 AND $85K-$90K After fulltime

Location: On-site, Newark New-Jersey

Duration: 6 Month C2H

Job Description:

As a Salesforce Developer, your primary responsibility will be to design and implement solutions within our Salesforce environment to support our Financial and Sales teams. You'll collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their requirements and identify opportunities to enhance efficiency by streamlining and automating business workflows.

A deep understanding of Salesforce development best practices is essential, along with proficiency in both declarative solutions and Apex coding. You should be well-versed in Apex governor limits and have experience optimizing performance and troubleshooting issues. You take pride in delivering high-quality code and thrive in tackling complex challenges.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements and develop solutions that improve their workflow efficiency.
• Implement and manage API integrations between Salesforce and other platforms.
• Research, develop, and implement new features using Apex and Lightning.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks within our Salesforce environment.

Technical Requirements:

• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Apex programming.
• 4+ years of experience with another object-oriented language (Java, C++, C#, etc.).
• 4+ years of experience with JavaScript.
• Strong knowledge of Apex triggers, trigger frameworks, and governor limits.
• Experience in debugging, optimizing Apex code, and Lightning/Aura development.
• Proficiency in Salesforce administration and declarative programming (workflows, process builder, etc.).

In-depth understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud data model and standard sales processes.
