Job Description

The SAP Developer-Level 3-HANA will be responsible for the development of applications in SAP HANA environment to support the delivery of projects and minor/major releases. The SAP Developer Level 3 will ensure activities in their technical area are successfully completed by interacting with the functional teams and COE, if applicable. The SAP Developer Level 3 will oversee the code review activities in development related work, establish and ensure adherence to development standards, processes, and procedures.

Skills/Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or foreign educational equivalent) or equivalent based on education and/or experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP HANA design and development and optimization of HANA DB artifacts like Calculation Views, SQLScript Procedures, UDFs
  • Minimum 3 years of experience providing technical and functional leadership, coaching, and mentoring to team members with proven success on multiple enterprise-wide software
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in both classic HANA 1.0 eclipse and HANA 2.0 XSA WebIDE platforms
  • Minimum 2 years of experience to identify, design and develop analytical reports using visualization tools like SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), Looker (GCP), Tableau or Power BI to present data visually to end users
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in design, development of data provisioning using SDA, SDI, Flow Graphs and custom SQLScript procedures
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in using multiple adaptors like HANA, ABAP, OData, File, JDBC, etc.
  • Experience communicating technical and business issues/solutions to all levels of management

Preferred:

  • Experience with SAP ECC or CRM or EM
  • Understanding of HANA Native Roles and Privileges and design and development of XSA Roles for both end user and cross container access purpose
  • Knowledge of classic SAP ABAP tables and data in OTC, RTC, PTC, CRM, SCM modules
  • Experience in complex SAP environments supporting multiple SAP components
  • Experience with SolMan – ChaRM
