Achievement Rehabilitation Through Therapeutic Intervention, Inc. is a dynamic and growing therapist-owned company seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team in our Citrus County Schools for the 2025-2026 school year.

We have a collaborative, multi-disciplinary approach to pediatric rehabilitation. We are seeking a motivated, caring and passionate candidate who is looking to support, inspire and motivate our clients in reaching their fullest potential.

Our school therapists work through the school year and have the option of working in the clinics during school breaks for additional income. A typical school year is 1,450 hours. We welcome all new grads to apply as well as seasoned physical therapists and pay is based upon experience.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be able to work a full school days (8 hours), 5 days a week.
• Pediatric/School experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to perform work that requires frequent standing, bending, reaching, squatting, kneeling, moving, lifting patients and /or equipment up to 50 pounds is required.
• Current CPR is required (can be obtained/renewed after hired).
• FL PT License required.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Therapists are responsible for providing high-quality, school based Physical Therapy services to students.
• Maintain all documentation required by the district including, but not limited to, daily notes, monthly summaries, and annual IEP’s
• Serve as an IEP team member by attending meetings and submitting paperwork as needed to maintain compliance with federal, state, and school guidelines.
• Maintain excellent communication skills in order to effectively work with students, caregivers, supervisors and providers of other disciplines. 
• Exhibit great interpersonal skills in order to work with fellow therapists and other team members. 
• Exhibit a high levels of patience, kindness and respect for others. 
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Flexibility and be ability to adapt.
